 June 02, 2019  Meet at 10:30. Driver's meeting at 10:45. Depart at 11:00. Arrive at 13:00.

Meet at:
The NW corner of the Kelso Safeway parking lot.
411 Three Rivers Dr., Kelso, WA 98626.  Located in Three River Mall west of I-5 at exit 39 (WA 4). This Safeway has a Starbucks and a fuel station, so we would ask that everyone fill up here if they need fluids.

Please contact Alex, vp@mthoodmiata.org, with any questions that you may have.

Fellow dual club member, Lou Kruse, has has negotiated a sweet deal for the LeMay museum for just $12 per person (cash only to simplify things), complete with VIP parking. Lou will be leading Club Miata Northwest (CMNW) down from Seattle and I will be leading MHMC up from Kelso. When we get to the museum, both clubs will stage our cars in the VIP parking area for some high-quality group photos.

The museum will staff its restaurant for us, so plan on eating lunch there.

Run Details:
It's a long drive to Tacoma (really long for those coming up from South of Portland), so the initial plan is to mostly stick to I-5. However, I am totally willing to take back roads if there is enough demand for it. Just keep in mind, we will need to leave way earlier than 11 if we take the scenic route. We have plenty of time to decide between now and June 2. Think about it and let me know your preference at one of the upcoming meetings (or via email).

RSVPs are a must for ALL events. There is a 30-car maximum for the special event parking, so please register early to guarantee your primo spot for the group photos. Late registrants may have to park in the overflow lot, so don't dilly dally.

Stuff to do in Tacoma after the car museum: Since you're driving all that way to Tacoma, you might as well visit some other sites while you're in the area. A new McMenamins just opened. You will also be close to the Tacoma Art Museum and the Museum of Glass. These sites are not part of this event. Just some suggestions for you to consider before heading back home.
