Oregon Insanity

WARNING: This is a challenging and spirited drive with an ABSOLUTELY STUPID amount of curvy roads.  Some of the roads are narrow and require extra attentiveness. This is a long drive and it will definitely wear you out. 

There are very few places to stop, and you will need to be able to be self-sufficient.  Parts of the drive are so curvy it will be difficult for me to radio you about obstacles during those sections.

ARRIVE AT THE START LOCATION WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS.

FRS mobile radio is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Registration and waitlist are currently full.  


Meetup:  7:30 AM
Depart:   8:00 AM following a brief driver's meeting.

MAP is still being determined, but we will start and end in Clatskanie, OR

Optional Lodging:  The nearest hotel to the start is the Clatskanie River Inn, 600 E Columbia River Hwy, Clatskanie, OR, US, 97016.  It is nothing fancy, but the only hotel in town, and it's 5 mins from the starting point.

If you are bringing a guest who is not part of your membership you must register them by name for any on-road events.  You may use your own email and contact info, but for the release form we require all participants be registered by name.
