Miata Reunion 2024: MHMC Volunteer Opportunity

This year's Miata Reunion event will be held again at Sonoma Raceway (a.k.a. Sears Point or Infineon) in Sonoma, CA. MHMC has been offered an exclusive opportunity for our members to volunteer a little of their time to help ensure a successful event! In exchange for just a few hours of your time, the Miata Reunion organizers have generously offered to provide each of our MHMC volunteers with free event admission and an event shirt!

The exact details of what the volunteers will be responsible for are still being planned out, but we are nearly certain that our services will only be required on Saturday - the first day of the event. We will need to provide between 13 and 20 volunteers for optimal results. Some will be assigned to traffic control and parking duties in the morning. The rest will provide traffic control for the parade laps and group photo wrangling in the afternoon.

If this is something that you want to be a part of, please sign up on this page ASAP. These limited volunteer opportunities will be offered only to the first 20 members that sign up, with preference will be given to members that have experience volunteering at similar events in the past.

Again, volunteers will only be needed on Saturday. If you plan to participate in hotlaps, but still want to volunteer, please register for Sunday hotlaps.

If needed, please contact the event contact or webmaster. Please cancel as soon as you can for the benefit of the run leader or restaurant seating. Thank you!
