FOR NOW WE ARE LIMITING IT TO 6 MIATAS UNTIL WE KNOW IF MORE ARE WELCOME. BUT WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 6.
DRIVER ONLY REGISTERS. CO-PILOT WELCOME, BUT WE NEED 6 CARS SO REGISTRATION IS OPEN TO DRIVERS ONLY SINCE THIS IS NOT A RUN.
Vendors and Car Owners are to arrive between 1-1:30pm on July 11th to get set up. Owners have been encouraged to dress to match the era of their car. They will follow the signage to the circle courtyard at the back of the building. We may also have some cars placed at the front of the building, but they will be directed when they arrive. A shuttle will bus attendees from the overflow parking to the building entrance.
Vendors from each area of the senior care industry will be tabling with their only cost being to provide a raffle basket valued at $50. All attendees will be given a bingo card for vendors to sign. Completed cards will be entered into the raffle drawings.
Solista Milwaukie will provide car themed food and beverage and will be hiring the live music (Oregon Pitch Pipers barbershop quartet).
