Portland is justifiably famous for the annual All British Field Meet (ABFM), held over the Labor Day week-end. Saturday of the event is comprised of enough ogling of British cars to satisfy all but the most manic among us, a day of historic car racing, moderated make-specific tours and a for-sale corral (there’s more information at https://abfm-pdx.com/venue-information/# and https://abfm-pdx.com/schedule/ .
The All British Field Meet (ABFM) is the largest multi-day gathering of British cars in North America. Held at Portland International Raceway, this beloved tradition features hundreds of classic and modern British vehicles, a giant slalom competition, car club displays, vendor booths, food, music, and more. Whether you're a die-hard enthusiast or just love a good picnic with chrome and charm, ABFM is a can’t-miss celebration of British motoring culture.
Our Club event will begin with breakfast at Hayden Island’s Holiday Inn. From there we’ll drive to PIR for the ABFM, where we’ll be independent but may well wind up wandering around together. Participants are free to leave at any time.
Financial dimensions entail a $15/person admission fee. Parking will reportedly occur in a field adjacent to PIR, with regular shuttle-bus support.
Gates will open at 9:00 am, so let’s meet for optional breakfast at 8:00 am at the Jantzen Beach Holiday Inn, 2300 North Hayden Island Drive Portland, OR 97217
