Come one, come all to our Annual Club Holiday Party!
The party this year is again being held at the Tyee Yacht Club, a private clubhouse on the Columbia River. The party will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Arrive at 4:00 pm for cocktails (BYOB), appetizers and conversation prior to a buffet dinner which will be served at 5:00 pm. The buffet is being catered by My Friends and I Catering and will feature traditional holiday fare (ham and turkey) with all of the trimmings. There will also be desserts. Separate menu items will be provided for those with special dietary needs. Beverages will also be provided (excluding the alcoholic kind).

After dinner we will be entertained by Seymour & Smith, an old school good ol’ rock and roll band. So bring your dancing shoes and prepare for a fun night!

We will also have a special guest:  Colin Erskine, Parts Manager at Alan Webb Mazda will be joining us for the evenings festivities!

We will also have a gift exchange for those in the holiday spirit that want to participate. Bring along a wrapped present (suggested value no more than $5 or perhaps a regifted present that you have been waiting for a chance to pass along). What a great way to have some fun and get in the spirit.

A $25 per person donation is requested to cover the cost of the dinner and entertainment. RSVP’s and payments are required by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 27. Register here on the events page.

Payment is accepted through this registration process by credit card or PayPal. Our payment processor is PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, simply process as you would any credit card transaction.

Checks can be mailed to Mt Hood Miata Club, PO Box 396, Portland, OR 97207, and need to be received by November 26. Make sure to include the registrant’s names and special dietary needs, if any.  [There is a line for it in the registration]

Please Note you may register multiple participants in one transaction.

Special diet requirements need to be noted at the time of registration. Any questions with the registration process please email webmaster@mthoodmiata.org.

Registration will close on November 26. There will be no late or day of event registrations or refunds for cancellations after that date (Sorry but we have commitments to make).

Should you need to cancel your registration, log into the website, go to the event itself, click on the link that says ALREADY REGISTERED. On your registration page, right about the middle on the right side of the page you will see a button that says CANCEL REGISTRATION. Follow the prompts to do so.
