A private room is reserved from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Meet in the lounge from 5:30 pm for cocktails and conversation prior to moving to a private room for dinner and the meeting. The meeting will begin at approximately 7:30.

RSVP’s are required by 5:00 pm on Wednesday before the meeting (we have to provide a head count to the restaurant).

RSVP’s are also required to receive one free raffle ticket when additional raffle tickets are purchased. For everyone that RSVP's AND shows up ... a special drawing will be held just for them!!!

See you there. Guests are always welcome. If you have something for the raffle it's always appreciated.
