Cancellation can be made at any time through your PROFILE, EVENT HISTORY, click on the TRASH CAN X by the event registration you need to cancel. If needed, please contact the event contact or webmaster. Please cancel as soon as you can for the benefit of the run leader or restaurant seating. Thank you!

Attendees pay for their own charges

A private room is reserved from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Meet from 5:30 pm for cocktails and conversation prior to dinner and the meeting. The meeting will begin at approximately 7:00.

RSVP’s are required by 5:00 pm on Tuesday before the meeting (we have to provide a head count to the restaurant). RSVP’s are also required to receive one free raffle ticket when additional raffle tickets are purchased.
