McKenzie Pass To Bend

This is an overnight event via backroads and McKenzie Pass to Bend. The return will be to the King Estate Winery near Eugene, or those wishing to spend their Sunday at Sisters poking around the shops and shopping they may do so.

Starting at:  End of the Oregon Trail, 1726 Washington Street, Oregon City.

Time:    9:00 am

Leave:  9:30 am

We will have lunch at the Cedars in Detroit. Much of the route is the same as the Cascade Run.

Saturday evening we have reservations for diner at the Pheonix Restuarant for 26 people;  The menu is on their website:  http://www.phoenixcafe.biz/ . We can arrive between 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm. We will assemble at 6:00 pm and depart for the Pheonix at 6:15 pm. We will be able to order off the menu and have individual tickets. There is a 18% gratuity.

Sunday morning we will assemble at 9:30 am and leave at 10 am. We will arrive at Kings Estate Winery for lunch. The will be no reservation. That will allow for wine tasting, shopping and lunch at your leisure.

The RIVERHOUSE has reserved a block of 15 rooms for the Mt Hood Miata Club on September 11, 2010. The Rates are: $89.00/night for Single Queen Non Riverview; $99/night Double Queen/King non Riverview and $129/night for Riverview. Room Rates are exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12%. The room rates include Sunday breakfast.

Reservations must be made no later than 8/11/2010 for this room block honored. Reservations after this date may be accepted on availability only.
